This is easily one of the best purchases that I made for my wedding memories. The audio guestbook was such a cute little touch to my wedding reception that everyone loved. I had over 250 guests at my wedding and everyone was so eager to leave a message as my emcee promoted it's use throughout the evening. After my reception my husband and I tried listening to our messages but was unable to retrieve them despite multiple attempts. I was utterly heartbroken. I quickly called their customer service line and had no issues getting through. The agent assured me that they would do their best to retrieve the messages. Without hesitation I sent in my SD card and within a few days I was being contacted by the technician letting my know that they had retrieved my messages and they were being sent in a Google file. I can't tell you enough how grateful that I was for their speedy and efficient customer service. Not only were they absolute professionals but the sound quality of my messages wer crystal clear. My husband and I throughly enjoyed listening to our messages and reliving our most cherished memories of our wedding. Thank you for the work that you do! I am very unhappy with my purchase. I order the phone to at my daughters wedding on September 16. I am unable to return it as the window closed on September 15th. This phone does not work at all. I followed the instructions after I charged it now I have nothing to show for my purchase

While configuring our FestRing voicemail was a breeze, we encountered an issue where messages can only be heard if the phone cord is pulled tightly. This concern has left me uncertain about using it for my wedding, as I wouldn't want guests to face difficulties. Returning it might be an option worth considering.

Bought this product and received it yesterday. While trying to figure out how to use the product, we emailed the given email and their response was quick. When we got on call the guy on the phone was very friendly and helpful as he helped me figure out how to turn on and work the phone. Highly recommend using this phone for yor weddings or quinceañeras and the customer service is extremely good.
